VITM Ha Noi 2020 international tourism fair took place from November 18th to 21st at Ha Noi friendship cultural center with more than 300 stalls from enterprises of 47 provinces and cities. Besides, the fair was well entered by the representatives of 6 countries and territories of Korea, Japan, Thailand, Taiwan (China), Columbia and Peru.
In the joint efforts made by the tourism sector after COVID-19 pandemic, the Department of Culture-Sports-Tourism, Phu Yen tourism association promoted, mobilized the tourism enterprises to take part in the fair and received the enthusiastic involvement of Viet Star tourism company ltd., Pytopia conference center, Phu Yen Smile, Hunter, Joy hotel, Rosa Alba Resort, Hùng Vương hotel, An Hải homestay, Mộc Miên, Cơm niêu Tuy Hòa Restaurant.
With the theme “Digital shifting to develop Vietnam tourism”, VITM Ha Noi 2020 concentrated on activities to bring the enterprises and organizations to get close to the technology 4.0, funding efficient solutions to change the essence of tourism sector to turn into the digital service industry, so as to timely master the new trend for the sake of recovering and growing in the coming time”, Mr Ho Van Tien, Chairman of Phu Yen tourism association said.
Within the framework of the event, Vietnam tourism association organized the ceremony to honor the typical organizations and enterprises as well as individuals of Vietnam tourism association in 2019 (VITA awards). Vietstar tourism company ltd. was honored for the resort with particular landscape in 2019, Com Nieu Tuy Hoa restaurant at the category of top Vietnamese speciality restaurant serving tourists in the year 2019 and two chefs honored this time are Bui Chi Hoang, Chef of Sau Qusang restaurant (Tuy Hoa city) and Nguyen Van Bong, a member of Phu Yen cooks’ branch.
