Nguyen Tieu Nui Nhan Poem Festival was established since 1980 which was firstly held at Hai Phu Library, and then the poem lovers have decided to choose Nhan Mountain for this event.
Nguyen Tieu Nui Nhan Poem Festival has been expanded gradually to some other art activities to make it more eventful and held in 2 nights on 15th and 16th of Lunar January annually. The curved road of nearly 300 m leading to the mountain peak at the poem night is decorated beautifully with the poem flags and the moonlight of a full-moon night to improve the miracle and romance of the festival that attracts the attention of many poets, poet lovers, visitors.
Nguyen Tieu Nui Nhan Poem Festival is the pride of the people in Phu Yen who have the warm hearts to “poem” and this is the way to honor and transform it into the cultural ritual with much arts and humanity values. The success of Nguyen Tieu Nui Nhan Poem Festival is the reason why the Vietnam Writers’ Association decided to choose the Vietnamese Poem day on the fifteenth of Lunar January annually
