The traditional culture of the E De people is very concerned about human health and life. In particular, Grown-up worshiping ceremony is the traditional festival of the E De people which is still preserved and promoted until now in Song Hinh district in particular and Phu Yen province in general.

The worshiping ceremony must go through many times and with many offerings, rituals to recognize the time to become an adult to be able for heavy work of the family and the village. In the sound of drums and gongs, everyone in the traditional costumes are singing and dancing, chatting together with the wine jars, wishing that the boy has the intelligence, good labor and always healthy, peaceful. The grown-up ceremony of the Ede people shows a very high community spirit because of the participation and contribution of the whole village and the ceremony was recognized by the Ministry of Culture – Sports and Tourism as a national intangible cultural heritage.
