Promoting the record of 101 dishes from ocean tuna to advertise tourism

The performance of 101 dishes from ocean tuna through the show of nearly 100 chefs across the country (on July 29^th, 2022) in Phu Yen was awarded a certificate by the Vietnam Record Association (VietKings) for setting the Record for the event of the most processing and performing dishes from tuna in Vietnam. – The event of processing and performing 101 dishes from Phu Yen ocean tuna took place within the framework of Phu Yen Culture – Tourism Week 2022. As the purpose and meaning set by the province, this is to introduce, promote the image and special cuisine of tuna to domestic and foreign tourists, honor the tuna fishing profession of Phu Yen fishermen, encourage fishermen to continue reaching out to sea. At the same time, through this activity, it is added to the culinary menu of the province, creating a playground for culinary exchanges with localities throughout the country, bringing tuna culinary products closer to tourists and creating a forum to share recipes from tuna with famous domestic spice brands.
