 Nhan Mountain – Da Rang river are landscapes which leave many impressions on the soul of the visitors when they visit Phu Yen. Nhan mountain is located on

the north bank of Da Rang river in ward 1, Tuy Hoa city. Standing at the height of 64 m on Nhan mountain peak, the visitors can admire the beauty of Tuy Hoa city located on East Sea coach and Da Rang river with 4 railway bridges and bridges running in parallel through the river.

On Nhan mountain peak, there is an ancient tower of Cham people which is called Thap Nhan (Nhan Tower), constructed at around late 11th Century. This is one of big towers of Cham people. The tower has square structure with each side of 10 m and the height of  23.5 m including 3 main parts: The base, body and roof. The tower has the door forwarding the East. The landscape of Nhan Mountain – Da Rang river is considered as the symbol of Phu Yen.

On every Saturday evening, at 19:30 at Thap Nhan Yard, the art performance named “Phu Yen – the attractive and friendly destination” is held to serve the tourists. Especially, on the night of fifteenth of Lunar January, Nguyen Tieu Poetry Festival is held in this place which attracts the participations of many artists and visitors.

Nhan Tower as recognize a National architectural-art relic on 16/11/1988. In 2014, this place was recognized in Top 10 Most Attractive Towers and Tower Complexes by Vietnam Records. On 24/12/2018 Nhan Tower is ranked as a special national relic.
